Hummus. Delicious spreadable paste made out of chickpeas and spiced with love, but you can add whatever other spices you like as well, without trying to be proportional – it’s all a matter of taste!
- 500 g Chickpeas Boiled or Canned
- 250 g olive oil
- 50 g Garlic oil optional
- 5 g Smoked paprika
- 50 g Tahini paste
- 50 g Lemon juice
- 10 g Sesame oil optional
- 50 g Cold tap water
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Place everything except the oils in food processor, blend until incorporate and then start adding slowly the oil.
- Blend for about 5 min at high speed and when you reach smooth, thick consistency, you are ready. Refrigerate up to a week.
