Classic Hummus

Probably one of the easiest things you can make with chickpeas, how you're gonna change the taste is entirely to your imagination, as Hummus can be modified with anything and everything!

  • 500 g Chickpeas Boiled or Canned
  • 250 g olive oil
  • 50 g Garlic oil optional
  • 5 g Smoked paprika
  • 50 g Tahini paste
  • 50 g Lemon juice
  • 10 g Sesame oil optional
  • 50 g Cold tap water
  • to taste Salt and pepper


  • Place everything except the oils in food processor, blend until incorporate and then start adding slowly the oil.
  • Blend for about 5 min at high speed and when you reach smooth, thick consistency, you are ready. Refrigerate up to a week.
